What is CES Integrated?
CES Integrated was founded as CHOC’s in-house HVAC and plumbing systems, construction, and maintenance team. Specializing in multifamily unit renovations, property inspections, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and construction services, CES makes sure that every one of our affordable housing communities meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Launched in 2021, CES has evolved into a full-service provider, offering expert services to both CHOC’s affordable housing communities and the general public. Today, CES aims to redefine traditional HVAC and plumbing industry best practices and provide superior services that are both accessible and affordable.
Sarah Vallimont, CES Director, says the vision for the division is “to be recognized as a company that delivers top-tier workmanship that provides reliable and cost-effective services to homeowners, renters, and businesses.”
Expanding Access to Essential Services
Originally focused on CHOC’s affordable housing communities, CES is in the process of expanding its services to the general public in California. With support from PG&E and state-sponsored programs, CES will begin to offer its services to working families, ensuring that those who need it the most have access to energy-efficient, cost-effective solutions.
“As we expand, the challenges we face present opportunities for growth,” says Sarah. “Strengthening our workforce will allow us to attract exceptional talent, ensuring [that] we continue to deliver high-quality service.”
Today, CES Integrated proudly serves communities across Sacramento, Yolo, Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda, and San Joaquin Counties, providing expert craftsmanship, reliable service, and innovative solutions to properties of all sizes.

“I’ve witnessed CHOC’s growth firsthand, and I’m determined to help continue supporting that trajectory,” says Sarah, who has been working at CHOC for over 10 years. “We have a licensed HVAC manager with over 25 years of experience and a licensed plumbing manager with over 20 years of expertise, each manager leading skilled technicians with 5+ years in the industry,” she adds.
On the ground, CES’s field professionals—including project managers, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and inspectors—work tirelessly to maintain properties, complete renovations, and implement sustainable solutions. Employee morale is high, signaling that our mission-driven approach is having a significant impact on both our communities and our staff.
The same dedication is evident behind the scenes in the office, as well. “Our strong administrative and billing teams ensure seamless operations, while our dedicated managers provide leadership and support to keep our workforce efficient and customer-focused,” mentions Sarah.
