Sterling Asset Management Company (Property Management)
Compliance Specialist - Reporting to the Director of Property Management. Responsible for remaining current on affordable housing financing program regulations with specific focus on resident income eligibility determinations; training property management staff on program compliance procedures; approving eligibility determinations for all new move-ins; conducting periodic tenant file audits and monitoring resident income re-certifications at all SAMC-managed properties.
Fairfield, CA · $70K Annually · Full-time. Spanish-language abilities preferred.
