PG&E Weatherization Technician - Responsible for installing insulation in residential attics to ensure energy efficiency and comfort. Duties include preparing work areas, safely handling insulation materials, using necessary tools and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The technician will work closely with other technicians and crew members to ensure a high-quality of job completion. Skill in using small tools, i.e., cordless screwdriver, hammer, manual screwdriver, file, tin snips, attic blowing machine. Must possess a valid California Driver's License and be able to be insured through company fleet insurance to drive our vans. Background check and drug screening required.

Maintenance Technician - Providing hand-on maintenance and support to community operations. Executing the preventative maintenance program, completing equipment repairs and maintenance, assisting with operational projects, minor building repairs, and emergency response. Property Accountant - Under the general direction of the Sterling Asset Management Company Accounting Manager, performs more complex professional accounting work, including auditing, analyzing, verifying financial records, preparing financial and statistical reports, providing information to city and agency staff regarding accounting practices and procedures, and reconciling general ledger accounts.
