Monocle on Design Podcast | CHOC CEO Manuela Silva & Architect Maria Song

(Palm Springs, CA) - UK-based Monocle on Design's podcast about Palm Springs and Modernism Week features CHOC CEO Manuela Silva and CHOC Monarch Apartment Homes Architect Maria Song.

London-based host Mae-Li Evans discussed Maria's affordable housing designs for Monarch, lauded at this year's Modernism Week for melding into the neighborhood's architecturally important style. Mae-Li also provided Manuela and Maria with the opportunity to share CHOC's definition of affordable housing. We're incredibly proud of this landmark podcast, which we believe to be Monocle's first with a US-based, non-profit affordable housing developer.

In case you don't know Monocle Magazine, it's a critical global publication. If the BBC, The Economist, Architectural Digest, Advertising Age, Inc. and WIRED were a combined publication, digital media company, podcast and digital radio station, this would absolutely be it. Monocle - "keeping an eye and ear on the world" - was launched in 2007 "to provide a briefing on global affairs, business, culture, design and much more." Learn more here.

Our sincere thanks to Mae-Li, Nolan and the entire Monocle on Design team.
