CES Integrated is CHOC’s construction subsidiary, specializing in construction, multifamily unit renovations, property inspections, energy solutions, solar installation, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance services.

With a Construction, Energy and Solar focus, we’re dedicated to seamlessly integrating our expertise in construction, energy solutions, solar installation, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance services; our goal is to redefine traditional construction industry best practices. Rooted in the values of parent company Community Housing Opportunities Coprporation (CHOC), CES Integrated is committed to providing superior services that are both accessible and affordable, for CHOC’s portfolio of affordable housing communities, as well as single-family homes, multifamily properties, and property management firms across Solano, Sacramento, Contra Costa, Napa, Alameda and San Joaquin counties.

CES Integrated is principally responsible for being the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) on capital and minor projects for CHOC’s portfolio of properties, but currently building new relationships with outside multifamily property management firms and owners across Northern California.
