Gateway Village is a 56-unit affordable housing community. Housing choice voucher holders are eligible to apply.

Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage. On-site amenities include: a large community room, laundry room, and security cameras to help keep the community safe and quiet.

Please email or call Gateway Village for more information. Be aware that CHOC processes applicants through a first come, first served waiting list. Applicants must go through a standard, on-site application process; we encourage you to visit each community of interest. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
