About Olympic Cottages

Olympic Cottages is a 12-unit senior housing community (for people 62+) that offers eleven (11) 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartments and one (1) 2 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage style apartment. Housing Choice Voucher holders are welcome to apply.

Unit amenities include: central heat/air, a refrigerator, gas stove, and washer/dryer. Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage. On-site amenities include a community gazebo.

Please email or call Olympic Cottages for more information. Be aware that CHOC processes applicants through a first come, first served waiting list. Applicants must go through a standard, on-site application process; we encourage you to visit each community of interest. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
