About Winters Village

Winters Village is a 34-unit multi-family affordable housing community. Housing Choice Voucher holders are welcome to apply.

Unit amenities include: central air and heating, a microwave, dishwasher, and gas water heater. Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage. On-site amenities include: a playground, BBQ areas, a laundry room, and a community center with a conference room, computer room, and fully equipped kitchen.

Please email or call Winters Village for more information. Be aware that CHOC processes applicants through a first come, first served waiting list. Applicants must go through a standard, on-site application process; we encourage you to visit each community of interest. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
